Refunds & cancellation

Cancelling

Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens a self-serve portal. Cancellation there:

• takes effect immediately — no further charges;
• keeps your access through the period you already paid for;
• involves no phone call, no email, and no retention offers.

Deleting your account entirely (Settings → Delete my account) also cancels any active subscription first, then removes your data permanently.

Refunds

Subscriptions are $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Payments are not refunded. Cancelling stops every future charge and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, but the current period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Plainly, rather than buried: cancel on day 2 of a monthly period and you keep access for the remaining 28 days and are never charged again. Cancel on day 2 of an annual period and you keep access for the rest of that year, and are never charged again.

Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Consumers in the UK and EU, for instance, have statutory cancellation rights that apply whatever this page says, and we honour them.
