Terms of Service
Effective date: July 28, 2026
These terms govern your use of Clear Puff(“the Service”), operated by Pleasant Park LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is — and is not
Clear Puff is behavioural support software for quitting vaping. It is not medical advice, not therapy, and not a clinical service. Nothing in the Service is a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist. If nicotine replacement therapy or prescription medication might be right for you, that is a conversation for a clinician. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. The Service is not directed at children under 13, and users aged 13–17 are directed to free, age-appropriate resources instead of a paid subscription.
3. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
The Service offers two auto-renewing plans: $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Unless you cancel:
- your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period;
- the payment method on file is charged the then-current price ($9.99/month or $49.99/year) on each renewal date — the date shown in Settings → Billing;
- renewal continues until you cancel.
How to cancel: Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens a self-serve portal where cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. You keep access through the period you have already paid for. Cancelling is never harder than subscribing: no phone call, no email, no retention flow.
Prices may change. If they do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before a renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before it applies.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refunded. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access through the end of the period already paid for, but the current period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis. This does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you have where you live. Full detail is in the Refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your data
Health-related data is stored only after your explicit, standalone consent during onboarding, and you can delete everything permanently at any time from Settings. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to breach, probe, or overload the Service; don't access other users' data; don't resell or scrape the Service; don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Quitting outcomes depend on many factors; we make no guarantee that you will quit or remain abstinent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF INCORPORATION / GOVERNING LAW STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: tryclearpuff@gmail.com.
